That’s the name of a restaurant in Sausalito, California. It’s also another dish invented by chef Chris Cosentino. His version of cioppino is seafood soup with fritter mix for dumplings.

Fritters are deep-fried dumplings made from a dough mix containing various ingredients such as fruit, vegetables, or meat. They can be round shaped like hardballs or elongated long as fingers. The most common fritter is made of potatoes, apples, and spices.
This limited edition poster is curated by the Department of Art at UC Davis. The design is inspired by the 1960’s jazz concert posters designed by Bob Masse.
