CLOUDSCAPE #11
Oil on Canvas, Impressionism, Ethereal
Dreaming with open eyes, it became clear, it was a revelation. I was waking into another world that had always been there – I just hadn’t seen it till now. Until the moon shined in this exact place. For the first time I felt like home. All this was within my reach, the otherworldly dream that had always escaped me, was right infront of me.
Clouds and mountains thrown into view; huge cumulus clouds towering in the dark blue night sky, only given form and value by the moon’s illumination. The vast blue artwork, which is both still and full of motion, creates a sea of a limitless perspective brought to life by light and dark.
