CLOUDSCAPE #5
Oil on Paper, Impressionism, Ethereal
I just stood there for I don’t know how long, but it felt like forever.. In reality it probably only took a few seconds, but what I experienced as minutes or even hours went by as if I had been watching the sky for days. I wasn’t sad or happy, just took in the beauty of what was before me. Clouds were coming and going like tides on a beach; leaving nothing but the memories of what they look like to fade into nothingness.
Seen in this artwork is a colorful cloudscape with a horizon line being folded over itself to create perfect reflection. The whole background of the artwork is blue, purple, teal, yellow, orange, pink, deep purple, light green to denote a sense of serenity or peace. The horizon line is folded twice to create a unique refractive effect. The artist’s intention was to focus on the cloudscape and not the horizon line, but he wanted both to be visible in this artwork.

I existed everywhere…

Sand drawing
Sand drawing MM What is art, but an expression of our creative mind? Who knows what inspiration lays in the horizon of the future, but one should always keep their eyes open. This is one way to assure that they may witness something beautiful or quite extraordinary.

Curve
CURVE Oil on Canvas With amazing blues this geometric work is dreamy and cool. The curvature of the painting feels as if the world is going to spin off its axis. It feels expansive and yet contained at the same time.
