The term “wave” is used to describe a form of movement rather than the shape itself. It refers to something that curves in and out. There are several types of waves, but this study focuses on one specific wave called “sine wave”.
The basis for this study was created using only three flower stems and two pieces of wire. The stems were used as the basis for this study, but they could also be substituted with any materials such as straws or skewers that can be bent into curved shapes.
